A security incident forced us to restore from a backup taken on 28 August. Orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore may not appear in your account yet. We are recovering them.

Contact support if an order or payment of yours is missing.

As a precaution, you will be asked to choose a new password the next time you sign in.

I promote my service at forum,or via email...but i use seoclerk like midleman,its mean like this:
my costumer register here,to purchase my service...
then i deliver finished order to their email or other file hosting...
its allowed?

I have never seen it mentioned in the terms of service, but personally I would not risk it, just in-case.
Always better safe than sorry.
