And should i do for every not delivered Gig ?
is this make sense ?
i think it must be some other ways to cancel the Gig when the seller could not process it

Give him some more time, result might be good. No harm in waiting. Ultimately i think you need the job to be delivered

Thanks all
we all discuses in the same problem
why not to make auto cancellation from the system
i mean let us assume the following
X= Buy some service from Y
Y= pass the expected delivery time and not provide the service
X= Ask for cancellation
Y= must agree (even, he is careless, and X money will still in the system, until Y agree to cancel)

The correct situation must force Y to provide the service after some time and then the system cancel the gig without need for Y agreement, who may be careless and even not log in to his account

i think the site operator must think in good way to protect the buyer

I would ask the seller if everything is OK and see if I got a reply. If he never replies, you can cancel the order, which is probably what i would do if you have waited longer than 1 month.

I am a seller myself. Sometimes, when the workload is too heavy, I cannot deliver on-time. But it is also my responsibility to let my client know. Usually, I will let them know the situation. I will inform them. But sometimes, I don't have much time to communicate with my client so that I slipped to inform them.

Seller may have more time to attain the quality result. You could ask him/her about the progress. If there is no response, it is your right to request for cancellation. Sometimes, cancellation is more powerful than your usual PM message. it is also the way to alarm the seller about the client's urgency. They'd likely to increase the pace of progress after getting "alarmed".

I'd agree with others. It is no harm to wait for a bit.

If you think that there is no other solution, you could cancel the order.
