    As long as it's Payoneer Mastercard, you can link it to SEOClerks. I have.

    The is no problem, you can link the card with seoclerks, as well with other networks that support payoneer, it doesnt matter that you got the card from another partner. When you click to add the card, you will be redirected to the payoneer signup page, there you just click  on " existing user / already have account " and you will be asked to enter your current information. After that, your card will be linked to seoclerks.
