    you have to be strict about that, put that in your gig description and even remind them when they buy.

    To be honest some times the buyers do not even care, when they got what they want and You ask them for a good rate or review some of them do it and some of them don't.
    The best is ask them,after you done with Your job to rate their experience and wait for them to do it. if they have the tome or if they want to do it.

    I also hate it, when buyers got a perfect service, and you never hear from them again. But thats how it works sometimes ..

    If buyer not open their account than order cleared automaticaly but seller not recieve any ratings.

    Exactly buyers when they get there service to them they donot give any rating because they donot know value of there rating to the seller they just think it as waste of time but it is actually not..

    I dont think its because they didnt like the service, if they didnt like the service you would probably end up getting a negative rate, then no rate at all. The truth is that some of them dont even care to rate it, they just want it completed, you should always keep in touch with your buyer, and update them regulary on the service, and try to overdeliver, that will help with your chances of getting positive feedback higher.

    But look at it this way, no rating, is still better then getting an negative rating. why buyers do not always give a rating?

    check your work quality, buyer give positive rating because  they are satisfied with your work.
    after job complete, try to request buyer to give you positive rating. why buyers do not always give a rating? Maybe can give you positive feedback.
