What are the payoneer minimum withdrawal $25 for level 2 + users?

I heard that the amount needed to withdraw through Payoneer is $25! But as i browse the level page, i saw that minimum withdrawal change with user level, i guess the explanation is for PayPal!
Does the minimum withdrawal remain $25 for both level 2, level 3 and level X users?

I think the minimum is around maybe 20$. I have once received a payment on payoneer from seoclerks for 21$. So not exactly sure what is the minimum, I have never requested below 20$ via payoneer. But I think the minimum withdraw is the same for all levels, via payoneer.

Thanks for your answer Roshu! I learned that the minimum transfert via Payoneer prepaid card is $20.
