Will Seoclerks ban me for a single buyer complaint? Suppose a buyer is not happy and ask the admin for refund does it peg my account to be banned?

You do not get banned when you have 1 customer that want a refund. You can never make all buyers 100% satisfied! There will always be a buyer, that had other expectations of your service. That why its important to tell buyers in your description, what and what you don´t provide.
It also depends on the reason of refund. When you sold a software with a virus, could you maybe be banned directly (i hope that the support team do so) but if he just didn´t liked your service, no way
