Bing and Adwords are the only two that I know which are good PPC providers. As you can see the results from these two are really good. As for the social networks there is also FBAds. It has mix of PPC, CPV and other ad formats. It all depends on your advertising goals. And how you approach such companies. I have found that some of the ad networks are easy to use for your sales and performance.
