A useful rule I follow is to check the listing guidelines before creating a service, not after it is rejected. If a service is rejected, I would read the reason carefully, remove the problem part, and only resubmit once the listing is clearly within the rules — resubmitting the same wording usually leads to the same result. For newer sellers, starting with straightforward, allowed work like audits and on-page help is a safer way to build a record.
