many downloads that are meant to be free have surveys, and I can't finish it even I do all that they instruct. how can I solve this ??? I'm stuck up doing surveys but didn't get my wanted downloads please help, would be very thankful for your response. and why do others put surveys on the download? I mean it's so nerve wrecking
