    How do I get refund or settlement from merchants who stop replying to me?

    I have placed 2 orders for FB likes with Merchants on SEO Clerks. The services were delivered then dropped. When I requested for replacements the Merchants stopped replying to me. I didn't reject the orders because everything went well at first. I do not want to dispute this on PayPal so how can I settle the issue directly through SEO clerks?

    and place a report
    they will definitely give you solution
    or they will gave your money back to your account.

    just give them all data 
    and order id 
    they do not need any prove.
