Release: March 21, 2026 Key Changes


Identity Documents Review Time
The speed at which identity and address documents are reviewed has been optimized and documents should be reviewed within 24 hours or less. Most invalid documents (IE: address document not within 3 months of submission) will be rejected within minutes.

Added 3 New Payment Methods
  • Coinbase has been added as a payment method. You’ll need to create an account on Coinbase and add your Coinbase email address in the payment section at: https://www.seoclerk.com/settings
  • Veem & Revolut have been added but it may or may not be permanent depending on user adoption. At the moment all payments to these two are processed manually which causes extra delay time.

Minor CSS Updates
We’ve made a few minor adjustments to the CSS, mainly around the document verification area, which should improve the design and flow of the website.

Settings Update Paste Bug
Fixed the bug which caused settings to be updated twice when pasting data.

Wise Security
Changing or adding a Wise email account now requires email verification before it can be used.

Support Email Removal
You can now remove your support email by erasing any value there. This can be done in the settings area under communication.

Dark Mode Switch
A bug was fixed that prevented the header menu dark mode switch from showing as enabled when dark mode was enabled.

As a seller who has been active on this platform since 2015, I really appreciate the focus on streamlining the Identity Verification and adding more payment flexibility with Coinbase.

The CSS improvements and bug fixes also make the daily workflow much smoother for long-term users like me.

Dear Team,

Can you help provide withdrawal option manually via crypto or enable Nowpayments which was earlier working for withdrawal on site which is automated withdrawal or you can have Binance pay withdrawal option(Automated api option is there maybe can link up to site).
Since the 3 new payment methods that was added are not supported for my country. And the Payoneer id I can't change from settings it just says sign up click here and current linked ID is showing as inactive since I updated my Payoneer id to new one but Seoclerks no place to update new ID....

Ideally you can provide alternate crypto withdrawal automated option besides Coinbase as it is not supported.

Thanks for reaching out! All three of the new payout methods support your country, although Revolut looks like it is limited to traveling.

If you know of a payout method that supports your country and allows US based businesses to create an account, let us know and we'll consider adding it.

    • Mass payout API for automated withdrawals

    • Supports 2,000+ cryptocurrencies

    • With recipient need only copy paste wallet address into Seoclerks withdrawal setting page

  3. BitPay (https://bitpay.com)

    • US-based company (Atlanta, GA)

    • Business payout API available

    • Supports Bitcoin, ETH, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies

    • Compliant with US regulations

? US business compliance: All three providers welcome US-based businesses and handle regulatory compliance on their end

Less complicated, convenient and fast: Users only provide a wallet address

Automated processing: API integration for automatic payouts from earnings balance when user click withdraw button inside seoclerks

Global coverage: Work in many countries including mine

Lower barriers: Recipients don't need to create new accounts with third-party services and can use existing verified accounts and all works of user can be completed inside Seoclerks better streamlined user journey.

How it would work:

  1. SEOClerks creates business account with provider (one-time setup)
  2. Users enter their crypto wallet address in withdrawal settings
  3. Automated payout triggers via API when balance available
  4. Funds sent directly to user's wallet
Additional issue - Payoneer ID update:

The settings page shows my old Payoneer ID as inactive with only a "click here to sign up" link, but no option to update to my new Payoneer account. Could you advise how to update/change this?

Hope any of these options can be implemented as soon as possible.

Since;
Revolut informed via email to all users of my country the following "Unfortunately we’re unable to continue providing services in your territory."
Coinbase externally it is written supported works but internally when try to use it is not supported have tried multiple years to see if they have made any changes but no luck
Veem's ai help chat bot I asked 2 days ago supported country list it did not include my country and again now I asked it but now the chatbot seems to be updated and points to help articles instead of direct responses from their faq/help articles.
The link you all provided to Veem served countries I checked now as well it suggests might be possible but I believe it can be similiar thing like Revolut since Veem is newer if Revolut found it difficult to provide support Veem will find it even more harder, it can be it is only supporting remitances made one by one manually to non veem account holders rather than automated payout via api to veem account holders in my country.

Overall the crypto solution is highly preffered as it is less complex and payment arrives in less than 10 minutes on network like Bsc Bep 20 with minimal fees/exchange rate fees the savings is huge. Example Payoneer cost per withdrawal $1-3+exchange rate loss upto 5% while in crypto withdrawal via the 3 options I mentioned network fee only mostly $0.01 cost to freelancer

Yes and it is less work for SEOclerks finance and payments team/admins since most of the current methods are manual based system for withdrawal which means it takes time(few days) for freelancers to get their money and saw just now Veem needs like $50 min withdrawal balance to withdraw which is yet another disadvantage when compare against the other 3 options I suggested above where you can withdraw even $1 since the withdrawal cost is so low and everything is automated and payment arrives within few minutes to freelancer.
