    1 Active Sales Does Not Appears on Sales Tab?

    Hello everyone, I want to ask something about active sales.
    When I check my service, its appears 1 active sales on my sponsored tweets gig. I clicking it, there is no sales. And also I have checked on sales tab, still no orders. But why there is still 1 active sales appears on my service? I am really curious about that. If you have the same problem with me, please let me know the solutions. Thank you.

    It is because the buyer still haven't provided the details required to start the job. The moment he he leave those details it will be appeared.

    oh, thanks for your reply.
    but what happen if they aren't provide the details?
    is the order will canceled automatically?
    because i can't see who are ordering my gig.
    so i can't message them to provide the details.

    If the buyer hasn't provided you with the details then it will not appear in the sales tab  you will have to wait untill the buyer submits your required things to process that order . you can just wait in this situation .
