Release September 6, 2026 – Key Changes

We've rolled out a batch of updates since the August 6 release, headlined by a full shopping cart with multi-item checkout, tiered pricing packages for listings, and a new, faster automated identity verification experience. Here's what's changed for you.
New Features
Shopping Cart & Multi-Item Checkout
You can now add listings from one or more sellers to a cart and pay for everything in a single transaction.
- Every listing now has an Add to Cart button, and a cart badge in the header shows what you've collected.
- Quantities, extras and coupons are supported per item.
- Pay for the whole cart at once with your account balance or use a seller's single payment method if all items in the cart are from the same seller.
- Each item still becomes its own order, so order tracking, messaging and delivery work exactly as before.
- Items added while browsing logged out are kept and merged into your cart when you log in.
- If you top up your balance mid-checkout, you're returned to your cart to finish.
Tiered Pricing Packages
Sellers can now offer two or three versions of the same service side by side — for example Basic, Standard and Premium — and let the buyer choose.
Take a look at
this service by
Seoplux for an example of the tiers on the front-end.
For buyers:
- Tiered listings show the packages as selectable options with a comparison panel, so you can see exactly what each one includes before you commit.
- Pick your tier on the listing page, in the cart, or on the order page.
- Search results and listing cards show the cheapest tier's price, so you always see the lowest entry point.
- Bought the wrong tier, or need more than you thought? The tracking page lets you upgrade to a higher tier after ordering, and you only pay the difference — money you've already spent is never charged twice.
For sellers:
- Switch on Sell this in tiers in the Pricing step when creating or editing a listing, then fill in at least two tiers.
- Each tier gets its own name, price, delivery time and feature list ("What the buyer gets"), plus an optional sale price and optional quick delivery upcharge.
- Your listing's headline price and delivery time are taken from your cheapest tier automatically.
- Tiers aren't available on subscription or instant download listings.
New Automated Identity Verification
Manual ID document uploads have been replaced with automated identity verification (KYC).
- Verification now runs in a guided flow you can launch straight from your Security page or from the order page, and results come back in minutes rather than waiting on a manual review.
- If you close the window partway through, your verification now shows a Continue button so you can pick up the same session where you left off instead of being stuck on "Pending".
- Verification statuses are clearer: you can see when it's your move versus when a review is in progress, and the identity icon turns red when a verification has been finally declined.
- The verification screens now work properly on mobile.
- You can erase your submitted verification data at any time from the Security page.
Abandoned Cart Checkout Reminder Emails
If a buyer starts an order but doesn't finish paying, we now send them a reminder email with a link that takes them straight back to where they left off. If they abandoned several listings, those are collected into a single daily digest email rather than one message per listing, and reminders are capped so nobody gets spammed.
Sellers: recover lost sales with a discount
Every listing now has an
Abandoned Checkout Discount setting in the Pricing step of the sell/edit form. It's off by default, and here's why it's worth turning on:
- You're only discounting sales you already lost. The coupon is only ever sent to someone who started checking out on your listing and walked away. Buyers who complete their purchase normally never see it, so you're not cutting your margin on business you were going to win anyway.
- Choose your own level. Anywhere from 5% to 50%, in 5% steps. Even a small nudge is often enough to bring back a buyer who was on the fence about price.
- It applies itself. The discount is embedded in the reminder email as a single-use coupon with its own auto-generated code, and the link in the email applies it automatically at checkout. The buyer doesn't have to find, copy or type anything — one click and the discounted price is already in place.
- It can't be farmed. Each code is tied to that one buyer and that one listing, is good for a single use, and can't be reused by the same buyer for 30 days. It won't leak to buyers who never abandoned anything.
- It survives edits. Once set, the code stays stable when you update the rest of your listing, and it's kept separate from your regular coupons so it never interferes with promotions you're already running.
Leaving it off is fine — the reminder email still goes out, just without a discount. Adding one simply gives the buyer a reason to come back now.
Improvements
Payments
- NOWPayments (crypto) is now available on every cart, including carts with items from multiple sellers.
- The NOWPayments button now uses its official branding on the cart and order pages, so it's easier to spot.
- Username suggestions are now generated for you from your email address, with instant availability checking as you type.
- The email field now comes first, the Confirm Password field has been removed, and fields autofill correctly from your browser.
- Names with non-English characters are now accepted, and email addresses using plus addressing ([email protected]) work.
- Disposable email addresses now get a clear message explaining why they can't be used, instead of a generic "invalid email" error.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed sign-up attempts that could fail silently — validation errors are now always shown, and you're taken back to the field that needs fixing.
- Fixed an error that could break signing in with Google.
- Fixed classic PayPal cart payments not completing for some sellers — payments sent to a seller's secondary PayPal address were being incorrectly rejected.
- Fixed members being stuck on "Pending" identity verification because of an old manual document upload.
- Fixed the close (X) button on pop-up dialogs being invisible in the light theme.
