    How do i attach a file to my message to seller?

    when i click on the add file button nothing happens. the system does not allow me to search and attach a file. what should i do? I need to attach a file so the seller can see what i am asking them to do for me. How do i attach a file?

    just go to message ( conversation with your buyer or seller ) under thus you see link ?Add a file attachment (50mb max.) click on that .
    below this you can see 1 button apper select files click on that 1 dialog box apper and select files.

    If you still cant able then just enable javascript in your browser, clear cache, and sign in again you will surely attatch file.

    Hi sam4,

    You need to go to the conversation window. After typing the message in the box, just below the box for typing your text, by the left hand side, you will find the attachment link "Add a file attachment (50mb max.)"
    Click on it and select the location where the file you want to attach is, click the file and it will upload, then send the message.

    yes i have done what  you described but when i click on the Add a file attachment (50mb max.), it does not open up to give the option to select the location of the file i want to upload and attach. It does nothing. It gives me no option nor does it prompt me to select a location

    Some times browser may not support.So please check it with another browser. How do i attach a file to my message to seller?
    OR refresh the page and do it again.If problem still persists,please customer support so that they may help you out.

    I guess it's your browser problem. Mine attachments works all the time. If it did not work even after refreshing and reloading then You can use different browser. If non of them worked then you can contact jordan or everette. He will surely help you.

    You need to go to the conversation window. After typing the message in the box, just below the box for typing your text, by the left hand side, you will find the attachment link "Add a file attachment (50mb max.)". get that.
    and select the location where the file you want to attach is, click the file and it will upload, then send the message.
