Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old...
Any ideas, maybe I need to contact someone about this?

You have misdeed one of the requirements, make sure you always check all requirements listed here: https://www.seoclerks.com/userlevels/
The missing one is the withdrawal requirement which states you must have been at least 1 withdrawal that is at least 20 days old.
