    What is going on with my orders?

    Within the past 24 hours all my orders that I completed were all canceled. I submitted a ticket to support. I am just curious if any other sellers have experienced this. I completed the work and delivered the orders and now my resources are being out for free essentially and I am not compensated.

    SEOClerks in becoming to unsafe of an environment because users are committing fraud. How exactly is it our fault that other users commit fraud and in turn SEOClerks takes away our profit because of their downfall. That makes no sense.

    I took down all my listings until this is fixed. Once all my other funds clear I will most likely not return to selling here.

    i also suffred from this. i delivered 300$ orders & after its canceled by admin. also i was banned. SEOclerks now have to Must be protect seller coz we are now loosing money from our own pockets. i lost 200$ due to fraud buyers What is going on with my orders?

    Some people do that. But you are sure that you have provided 100% of your service also on time.. Do you have any proof??? If yes then don't afraid.. submit a ticket and show your proof.. you'll get back all your order. Thanks

    I think you should save the proof that your service was completed. It is useful when the buyer open dispute, you can use it to show that your work was complete.

    SEOClerks is a safe place for both buyers and sellers. I am an active member of this site since early 2012 and never faced any fraud issue.
    Do check buyer rating before accepting big orders, then there will be less chances of fraud.

    Hello, there are too many questions in FAQ about that! I already got 2 "big" orders by users that is just looks fraud, they joined seoclerks just 1 day before and I am really not sure what to do! I am afraid to reject too many orders because that can make my profile banned! 
    Please, seoclerks help us or show the way before this problem will get solve?!

    Congratulation on your Big Orders!

    Why you are worried about orders?
    I think as a seller that's great to have much more Orders in Queue!

    And you are so right, Rejecting Orders will effect BAD to your Profile.

    yes same problem wth my friend he competed many order but all money he lost than he contact me about this issue i am also curious to know what going on there. there should be protection so nobody can cheat us

    I agree with XtreamSMM, may be they come here just want to cheat seoclerks. They just want to scam other seller. You must be careful and look at their ratings before start a transaction with them.
