Why SEOClerks Take too Much time for Clearing My balance ?
Since it was a Quick Download service and buyer has been also rated and leave a positive review after that also my dashboard showing "9 days to clearing balance". When I point out on that its shows. After 9 days balance will be available for withdraw.

When you sell a service, the money is applied to an "escrow account". After the clearing period, the funds will be available for withdraw.
Clearing Period
The clearing period is implemented incase there is any chargebacks, support tickets, or disputes for the order. If there is no chargebacks, support tickets or disputes than the order will be cleared based on your user level. The clearing period is longer for newer accounts or user level 1 accounts since they don't have that much trust within the network. Level 3/X users wait 1 day for their earnings because they built up their trust on the network.
User Level 1 - Wait 9 days
User Level 2 - Wait 4 days
User Level 3 / User Level X - Wait 1 day
Always make sure to get a review on your sold service, this way you don't have to wait for the order to be marked as 'completed' and then wait an additional 9/4/1 days. Getting a review on the service makes it so you don't have to wait longer for the funds to be applied to your account. Strive to be Level 3 which isn't that hard to get to.
