How can I reduce my response time?

Hi, I am Arian Afrose. I was in level 3.But unfortunately I drop in level 1. Now I see the new rules & regulations.In my profile everything is all right.In new rules of userlevels response time must be 72 hours(3 days) or less to go upper level.But my response time was 4 days & now it's 5 days.But I don't know much about response time.So I want to know what is response time & how to reduce it ? Because I want to go level 3 or more & I want my money quickly in my balance.Please somebody help me right now.

Response time is the average time you answer your clients. When someone purchase a service of yours, you'll have to respond to that order. Which means that you tell your client that you'll start working on the order, answer any questions the client may have etc. Each time your client updates the order, you'll have to respond to decrease the response time.

Response time = The time a client will have to wait until you answer/respond to a new order/order update.

Hello Arian,
If you want to reduce your response time, please response to every buyer as soon as possible. When any buyer knock you or comment to order please reply fast. Please mind it, response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.

Keep a close eye on your gigs and answer as soon as you get the chance. The slower you answer, the more likely you are to loose that customer. Best of luck to you.
