Why My Available Balance for withdrawal is less than Available Balance ?
My Cleared Balance is $13.60 , Showing in to Revenues page But Only $11.60 Available
Cleared funds available for withdrawal or purchasing (Includes Affiliate Sales).
I am not understanding this where is my $2 ,Can anyone explain why is this so ?

This money is only for buying products on seoclerks, not withdrawing. Your 2$ was some kind of reward from seoclerks (I remember that seoclerks had one action where you get 2$ if you post tweet about them). You probably used that... This money is only for buying products on seoclerks, not withdrawing.
