Let me inform what is WTB & Should I bid at WTB?
Though I am a new worker so that I want to know each every single subject of SEO,
& WTB is not clear to me at all. Please help me.

The WTB (want to buy) section, is used by people who's interested in specific services.
For instance, let's say you're looking for 100 youtube likes but you haven't seen any services for $1 within the marketplace. Since you can't afford more than $1, you create a WTB. Within the description of the WTB, you'll write what you're looking for. (100 youtube likes for $1).
After that, whenever someone finds your wtb, they'll have option to "bid" on your WTB, which basically means that they'll tell you what they can provide for $1.
If you're interested in any of the offers you'll just click "order" and the seller will provide whatever you've bought. In case you're trying to sell something yourself and find WTB's you can complete, then you'll press "bid" & tell the buyer what you'll be able to provide, and also choose the amount you'll do it for.
