    Can't withdraw my balance?

    I currently have 14$ in balance but when i try to withdraw it says "please enter a value between 15 and 8. I do not understand, all my money has been cleared and i want to withdraw it. Can someone please help me with this? I am confused, some money in my balance is from refunded services, it that why?

    You may be level 1 I guess. At level 1 you can withdraw minimum $15. It is $10 for level 2 users. Keep working hard and try to increase your level to get more benefits.
