I had made an order on Sept. 9 for IG followers. First there was a request to change from private to public - I guess I didn't move fast enough because THE SELLER then cancelled the order! It was already 'successfully collected' by SEO Clerks, but after 3 days STILL NO REFUND in my Paypal or SEO balance.
