Why my balance is still 0 after deposited?
Some instruction mentioned that the deposite is instance, no need to wait, but I've wait more than 10 mins, and refresh the page many times, the balance is still ZERO!
I've checked my paypal that the money was delivered successfully, what's the problem?

Thanks for the response.
My issue is:
I deposited some money and ordered some services via Paypal in 23-Oct, but my balance is 0 now, and nothing can find in my SHOPPING LIST.
