The words "incoming" and "outgoing" actually tell you exactly what it is. Incoming traffic is traffic coming in to your site and outgoing traffic is traffic that is going out from your website.

As for the second part well Hits. Views, Pageviews, Impressions are all the same thing just different terms for them.

Visitors are that people who are visiting your site... 1 visitors can visiting more pages on your sites... for example if 1 visitors will click on 5 pages on your sites, you will receive 5 hits... so hits are that clicks maded on your site...

I guess you need to do a search for the terms you are asking like hits and visitors. But anyway, a visitor is a user that clicks on your link. And once there on your site, it registers as a hit. And if that visitor roams around in your website then you get more page hits from him. And incoming traffic is that one made by the visitor to your site. And when he leaves, that is considered an outgoing traffic.
