    rnasim36 has used copied logo of my GIG, what is the remedy?

    I have noticed that some rnasim36, who joined seoclerks on Feb-14, 2015, has used copied logo of my gig. On the other hand I joined on April 19, 2014 and then I created the gig using the logo. What should I do? what is the remedy? And what will be the punishment? May I get any compensation?

    if you are really notice about this fact, you need to contact seoclerks support team. if you have any type of proof for you can proof this logo or images your own original thing, then seoclerks team really consider and he will give you best solution for this.

    Yes, I have noticed the fact and I surely can prove it. I joined seoclerks.com on 19th April of 2014 and created a GIG under the category of 'Article Translating' where I used my original logo. On the other hand, rnasim36 joined seoclerks.com on Feb-14, 2015. He used my logo without any alteration to his GIG under the same category of 'Article Translating'.     I suggest you drop a message to the user and ask him to remove it.

    If he doesn't respond or refuses to do so then it would me better to contact and involve support by submitting a ticket.
