    i want my money back to my account or credit card or paypal...sugeest me how to do it..

    i am not using it since the day my order wasnt completed but now i want my money back..

    yes. i think submit ticket. it will be more helpfully for you. And i think it will works well.
    And while submitting includes all the details about that order.

    Hi - just contact us on the helpdesk and we can refund any canceled order back to the original payment source (PayPal or your credit card). Make sure you include the order number(s) in your ticket.
