    My service has been remove without warning and reason? May I know what is the reason for the removal of my service and to prevent this from happening again ?

    Yes, I managed to get this sorted by logging a ticket to helpdesk. Apparently, my service contains word of a famous payment gateway with initials PP in my service that is against TOS.
