I used to have many services here a while back, I had a level 3 status and no bad ratings. My response time was 2 hours. Now that I'm back, I have deleted old services and it seems my response time was removed with them. Is there any way I can get my old response time back? I'd like my level 3 status back again as well, since it was earned according to the rules.
