Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I continue to receive a link to "Respond to the Seller" but the link attached sends me to a page with products. There's nothing in my inbox and there's no link to respond anywhere!

The thing I do is I manually go to "Manage Orders"

And then check/reply from there. You should open a support ticket, I don't know what is wrong but I know that it happens to me also but it doesn't bother me that much.
