Can i use the awaiting clearence funds for buying services?

Hi. I'm new to SEO so bear with me with my newbie question
My funds are awaiting clearance. I know i can't withdraw but can I use them to buy a service I want?

Yes, you have to wait until it is clear if you want to use that funds. Try to up your level so rather fast to clear your funds.
