    Please I tried changing my profile picture but it refuses to change and I want to know the cause of the problem,please I would like you to reply me as fast as you can thank you

    It is probably due to caching your old image within your browser. I'd suggest hard refresh - ctrl-f5 on Windows, command-r on Mac or try a different browser with the cache cleared.
