Affiliate earnings help will full commision

I recently had 2 affiliate's that joined my link and they bought $5 services from me, I thought it says if the person you sign up buys a service from you, you will get the full 100% of the net profit.
Can Anyone please help and explain, is it not working for me?

You'll get 100% minus fees which typically equals 10% (Payment processing fees). You will not see the amount in your balance/earnings area but it will display a 100% alert on the order. The additional funds will be deposited into your account when the funds clear.
