My response time is increasing day by day. Please suggest me to decrease it

I am new in seoclerk. Most recently I have leveled up from 1>2>3. So I am in level 3 now. But My response time is increasing day by day. Now my response time is 3 days!!!!!. Please suggest me to decrease it. I am very tensed about it.........

If possible, keep all communications with your buyer on the order page/url. And, respond as quickly as possible every time your buyer asks a question or voices a concern. In that way you will easily decrease your response time. Keep in mind that private messages don't count in terms of response time. Also, if possible don't let orders run late.

Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.
