I have fulfilled all the requirements for a Level 2 seller, but I am still a level 1 seller, when I contact SEOClerks support they told me that level promotion to level 2 is an automatic process. I don't know why I haven't been promoted as a Level 2 seller? Any suggestions? Thank you.

On the right hand side you will see your current statistics. Compare these against the requirement of Level 2. Level updates are automatic and occur every 20 minutes. If you meet all of the requirements but your level does not increase, please create a support ticket.
