Why am I still a Level 1 seller when I have met the requirements for Level 2?

I have fulfilled all the requirements for a Level 2 seller, but I am still a level 1 seller, when I contact SEOClerks support they told me that level promotion to level 2 is an automatic process. I don't know why I haven't been promoted as a Level 2 seller? Any suggestions? Thank you.

If you are logged in, go to https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/

On the right hand side you will see your current statistics. Compare these against the requirement of Level 2. Level updates are automatic and occur every 20 minutes. If you meet all of the requirements but your level does not increase, please create a support ticket.

Leveling up is fully automatic, but after you fulfill all requirements from https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/ you may need to wait up to 24 hours to see level upgrade. Also check if you have any current infraction(s) as they would stop you from leveling up. For more info also search our FORUM here https://www.seoclerk.com/forum/
