can i request withdraw with wiretransfer?

i want to request withdraw,but my paypal limited so i dont want send my money there,i am not using alertpay too because i dont have it. i dont want using western union because the fee too big. can i request withdraw to my bank account? if its possible how much the minimum amount? and how request it?
