How To Disable The Map On Your Public Profile?

Do you want to disable the map on your public profile?

First of all you'll need to go to your settings. https://www.seoclerk.com/settings

Over there you'll see this option:
How To Disable The Map On Your Public Profile?

Turn the standard "YES" into "NO" and you've turned off the option and the map will not be visible on your public profile. Remember to change this back to "YES" in case you'd want to show your map in the future.

I knew there was a way to disable the map on my public profile. But is there a way to edit where the location is?

I remember looking for this feature a few months ago and couldn't figure out how to edit it. It seems to be based off of the IP of where I registered my account, but I could have been out to coffee with a friend when I set up my account and it now is not accurate.

Should I just keep it this way or do you think there is a need to edit it to show my actual location?

Hello Razzy,
You are correct. The location is based off the IP you had when you created your SEOClerks account. I don't think this affects sellers in general, as I believe most buyers doesn't care about your address. They would care more about the Flag, so they can see which country you're living in, as buyers can have their reasons for not doing business with anyone outside of The US for instance.

If you really would like to change your current location I suggest that you contact the support about this, as they should be able to change this for you.
