Any subscription based service can be easily cancelled within your PayPal account. To cancel your subscription, you will need to follow these steps.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My money.
Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Alternately, you may ask the support staff to cancel the subscription on your behalf. You can create a support ticket here at the Ionicware Support Desk.
When contacting via support ticket, please be sure to include your username, order number or subscription ID.

hitmeasap Thank you very much anwebservices, this one was needed. When I had a subscription based service earlier one of my previous clients had some major issues finding how to cancel the subscription. Only that one client sent me about 5 or 6 messages to my inbox with concerns regarding this as they couldn't figure out how to cancel it. Unfortunately, I didn't know at that time either, so it was a real mess to sort it out.
