install and make Android SDK Manager work on Win7 64bit

I have Windows 7 64Bit version

I have installed latest Java version and JDK.

I installed latest Android SDK

I double click SDK Manager and the program opens a black console window then straight away closes.

I tried changing the PATH to include the path to the Java bin folder but that didnt work. I tried lots of things

You will log in to my PC and make this work.
