We are building a team for an upcoming IRL (in-real-life) streamer focused on real-world content, experiences, and daily life moments. We’re looking for creative editors and content creators who can turn raw stream footage into short-form viral videos that grow across social media platforms.This is an early opportunity to join before the channel officially launches and help build momentum from the ground up.What You’ll Do

• Watch IRL livestreams or recorded footage
• Clip and edit engaging, funny, or viral-worthy moments
• Create short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, effects, music, and pacing that improve retention
• Identify trends and apply them to content style and editing
• Post or upload content consistently

(Content will be credited/associated with the streamer brand, but posting consistency is key.)
