Looking for Filipino Video Editor. Recurring

I'm looking for a Filipino Video Editor who know how to work his way around Premiere Pro and watches Vlogs from YouTube regularly. I'll be paying $10 per 4-8 video edited. All you need to do is edit my raw videos to a sequence.
I'll provide the assets to be used for each videos. You also need to watch some of my videos to see what my current editing style is and use that as a baseline.

• Filipino Citizen
• Must have an excellent internet connection (50mbps UP/DOWN)
• Must have Adobe Creative Cloud Products Installed
• Must be familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro CC
• Must be familiar with Adobe Audition CC
• Regularly watch Vlogs
• Can keep full disclosure
