The seller asks for: Hello Customers, i am a Coder. Not a Designer, but i can code very very very good in html 5 and css! 

I will Code any PSD File, that is a Photoshop Project File with holds a Site Desgn, to a working html 5 code. U can Call me later after work done and ask for further services. I Will be done with in 3 to four Weeks. 

The PSD File must Hold:
- Every Part of the Design in a seperate layer. if u dont know photoshop layers, ur not the right customer for me.So the design must be layered. And also try to pack it into photoshop groups. Meaning for Example u have meany layers what contain the header area, make a Group in PS and call it "header area," and put all the layers of header area, in the group aka photoshop internal group folder.

I like to wok structured.

2. Also send a word docoment. Doc or Docx with wishes and explainations to the design , for example "the nav menu in the header should be govering the nav buttons on click with the color yellow and the text must get white."

After u hire me send the psd file and the word file with explainations to me, to a email i provide to u after payment. 

Then i will code ur psd file in html5 and css3.
