The Data Entry Expert is responsible for accurately entering data into the company database. This includes entering information from incoming mail, faxes, and phone calls as well as from other databases in the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Enter data into database software
   
   
2. Maintain accuracy and quality of data entry by reviewing work and asking for corrections or re-entry if necessary
   
   
3. Enter data accurately and within specified parameters (e.g., date, time, contact info)
   
   
4. Follow established processes to enter data correctly
   
   
5. Work with various databases to input new customers, contacts, or other pertinent information
   
   
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
   
   
7. Requirements:
   
   
8. Minimum of N years experience as a Data Entry Specialist or Database Administrator - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) - Excellent teamwork skills - Ability to work independently
