Sorry, I missed some important steps to get this properly associated. You have to associate it in your Google+ Profile as well. Follow the steps above from 6-11 to do this.

This tutorial is very simple and will guide you through adding your Google+ profile URL to your SEOClerks settings. Your profile URL is entered in the settings area of the marketplace and if you have this field populated, authorship links will be placed on your service, want, trade and FAQ content. This means more clicks which means more sales which means more money.
Let's get started.
- Click this link and login if needed: https://plus.google.com/u/0/me?tab=XX
- You'll be redirected and the URL in your location bar will change
- Copy this portion of the URL from your location bar:
- Paste the URL in the Google+ Profile URL text area (your settings)
- Click Update to save your profile settings
- Edit your contributor section (click here)
- Under Contributor to, click Add custom link
- Enter SEOClerks as the title
- Enter https://www.seoclerks.com as the URL
- Make sure it is marked as "Current contributor"
- Click Save
Once Google updates your listings, your image will appear beside any search results resulting in a higher click through rate.

Well Explained. But I would also recommend that you can use publisher tag and authorship to website. Google has dropped these from its searches but using same you can show your authority to the readers. Always a plus points
