Some customers are hard to satisfy

I work as freelancer for long time, even before i started on Seoclerks. In that career i bumped in all kind of good and bad customers...

Two weeks ago i picked up job in WTB section for WordPress theme design. After i submitted my offer and proposed screenshot of my design idea, customer was very happy to hire me.

From my experience i know that there could be many revisions so i set up job to be done in 7 days (even if i can do it in ONE day).

After installing WordPress and first setup of my new design, GAME BAGIN Some customers are hard to satisfy Customer send me very low quality logo to use, but it's ok, if he likes it, i am ok with that. Two days after i was finished and waiting for some text to input in website which should be supplied by customer, and he was buying time and slowing me down, because he didn't have that prepared. BUT he was VERY HAPPY with my work and design!!!
In meantime, asked me to rearrange few things, change some colors etc... So i didn't like it, but i have done it.... 3 days after he asked to change some colors again, change some fonts... Oh i didn't like that look at all but i done it. He told me that i am really good in this work.
4 days after, he didn't supply texts yet! Asking me to do some more changes  OK i done as he ask me to. But with all that requirements, design was not even close as i proposed first time.
After 5 days, he contacted me and tell me that i butchered his website completely and he don't like the design at all, he will need to hire someone else to do it as he like :rolleyes:Some customers are hard to satisfyops:Some customers are hard to satisfy

What the heck.... What would you do???

I felt that i could get thumb down and it would kill me, so i canceled the job right away, removed all my work from his website and bye bye Charlie. He contacted me again by telling me that i am VERY GOOD in my work, but he didn't like it

Yeah... That's sometime part of our freelancer's work, to be let down, disappointed, not paid and so on...

BUT I LOVE TO BE FREELANCER Some customers are hard to satisfy

You can't please some people. And, you handled it the right way by just walking off as you would never have gotten a positive review from this person anyway. Maybe someone else will buy double from you and more than make up for what you lost.
