    I agree in asking for the sample of work but the guarantee that you can get from a writer is not from the question that you will ask, nor the answer that he will provide. It is best to give him a short test for the benefit of your evaluation. How about giving him a simple topic that he would produce a write up of say half a page? You can then assess if the style of his writing fits your taste.

    Do really like writing and do you like the topic I'm given to you? These would be my questions that I'm to going to ask and also I would ask him/her if they really are to committed to work. We can never force to people to work for us so it would be better to ask them and see to it if they really mean it.
