    Do you get your friends to advertise for you?

    My best friend advertises my forum on her blog sometimes and I do the same for her on my own forum when she makes new posts. And, it really helps us both out, exchanging ads like this. If i had T-shirts with my forum logo/address on it, i would distribute to friends to wear if they wanted. Do your friends help you advertise? And, does it help you get more traffic?

    Yes it does! I personally have many friends or acquaintances out their where we trade each others info around the internet. It can only bring in more people as long as you go easy on it. Don't want to ad blast all of your customers at once. It's the same as link trading online but with friends, you can have a more personal touch to it.

    Sometimes I hit a snag when it comes to marketing because I always see my friends and relatives particularly in social media would help me. But most of the times they just click on the like of my post and do not share. Some people are lucky to have friends in social media who would share their advertisements that it has a chance to go viral but for my circle of friends in social media that cannot be reliable.

    Chances are, your friends in real life and on Facebook are into the same things you are. So they would be perfect for advertising your site. Just ask friends to recommend your site to others or talk about it with their other friends and family.

    Oh yes, I have a friend who wanted to help me to advertise my blog at her FB because I did LIKED and promote her new FB for her new online job. Problem is, her FB are all in Chinese characters, so I declined her offer.

    To be frank about it, friends in social, whether real friends or cyber friends, are not that cooperative when it comes to promoting your interest. Lucky are those who have friends that provide support like sharing your post. I have noticed that friends in social media will click like on your post or even comment on it but to share it is another story.
