    i have two websites that have been built for me. neither of them are working for me, i relied on someone from this site to build a website, that was supposed to be an awesome website, four months down the line, its doing nothing for me, i am disgusted withe the service he has given me, i hae access to this site, but i do not have the time to sit there and set it all up, i told them that first of, that was the whole idea of me approaching some one to do this site, it is live, but it it is a shambles, no wonder i am gettng nothing from it. i have mailed this person who is active on this site, he keeps giving me excuses, no action at all, i also asked him to keep my identity private, as regards to website ownership, which he did not do, my details are all over the web, and anyone can get this information, can any one help or advise me please, i do not know who to trust with this anyomore, they have cost me money time, everything.

    What service did you order? Have you contacted him? Maybe you should put in a support ticket with your order number here. I know staff hate low quality work.

    THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, FIRST;Y I ADVERTISED FOR SOMEONE TO LOOK T MY ORIGINAL SITE I HAD BUILT, AS I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WORDPRESS, AND I HAD SPENT HOURS AT MY PC TRYING TO DO THINGS WITH MY SITE, TO NO AVAIL, THATS WHEN I CAME ACCROSS THIS SITE AND PUT A TICKET IN THE MARKETPLACE FOT WHAT I WANTED, I.E. LINKS SEO AND OVERHAUL OF MY SITE TO MAKE IT WORK AND SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY, THIS GUY REPLIED SAYING WHAT HE COULD DO ETC, FOR THE MONEY I WAS PREPARED TO PAY, THEN HE SAID HE COULD BUILD ME A NEW SITE THAT WOULD BE AWESOME, THAT WAS IN DEC, WE ARE NOW IN MARCH AND STILL HE HAS NOT DONE WHAT HE SAID, I KEEP E MAILING HIM, AND HE REPLIES NOT VERY QUICKLY AT ALL, AND SAYS THAT HE WAS DOING A SEO WITH LINKS ETC, AND WOULD SEND ME REPORT, THAT WAS A MONTH AGO, IVE HAD NOTHING, THEN I SAID I AM GETTING FED UP WITH THIS, AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND, AS SOON AS I SENT THAT MESSAGE I GOT A REPLY IMMEDIATELY, ASKING TO GIVE MORE TIME, ??? I COULD HAVE DONE MORE MYSELF FROM A FREE SITE THAT YOU GET ON THE WEB, I AM COMPUTER LITERATE, BUT NOT FAMILIAR WITH SEO, WEBSITE BUILDING, AND MARKETING THAT IS ALL NEW TO ME, THAT IS WHY I ASKED FOR HELP WITH THE WORDPRESS ETC, BEING AS MY ORIGINAL SITE WAS LIVE, I DID NOT WANT TO EXPERIMENT AND MESS IT UP, THEN THE SITE HE STARTED ITS ALL OVER THE PLACE, NO PAGES, I TRIED TO DO SOME MYSELF BUT, IT DOES NOT LOOK PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, AND IF I CAME ACCROSS IT ON THE WEB, I WOULDNT BOTHER TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH HARD WORK FOR SOMEONE WITH BASIC KNOWLEDGE, AND EVEN SOMEONE WHO WASNT, WOULD THINK WHAT A SHAMBLES IT IS.

    SO I AM AT THE STAGE NOW, I HAVE E MAILED HIM A FEW TIMES RECENTLY AND STATED AGAIN THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT, AND THAT WHAT WAS THE POINT IM ME HAVING THIS WEBSITE AT ALL, ITS NOT DOING ANYTHING, IVE HAD NOTHING FROM IT AT ALL, AND I DIDNT WANT MY IDENTITY AS TO OWNERSHIP OF THE SITE, NOW ALL MY DETAILS ARE ALL OVER THE WEB AND ANYONE CAN FIND OUT WHO OWNS THE DOMAIN ETC.

    I MAILED HIM TODAY, BECAUSE I TRIED TO DO SOMETHING TO THE SITE MYSELF, BUT I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO DO IT, AND NOT REALLY GOT THAT FAR AT ALL, AND DONT REALLY HAVE THE TIME TO SPEND AT PC, WHICH WAS WHY ORIGINALLY I ASKED FOR HELP,

    I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW.

    So you paid him outside of seoclerks?

    I don't mean to sound rude, but that is the entire point of seoclerks, to be an escrow between the two parties and prevent scamming. That is also why emails are blocked from being sent.

    thanks for your reply, some of payment was paid through seo clerks, and some direct to him via paypal. yes i know i understand what your saying about e mails. the original order i put in for $50 for work to be done was paid through seo clerks, then the rest i had to do via paypal because of getting new domain name, and had to go online, and register domain, thats the trouble when not familiar with certain aspects of websites marketing and seo etc, it seemed genuine, but four months down the line like i said, still not finished and doing nothing, whats the point in that, not happy at all, considering it was supposed to be an awesome website in his words.
