    I go to Manage Sales and then click on Completed. Then there is a field where you can enter the username of that particular client, and once you do that you will be provided with the various orders you handled for that client.

    Yes but going into Complete tab will only show you Complete orders.
    The best way I've found it to go here: seoclerks.com/manage_orders/all/id/des - this shows you all the orders, including the once in progress, canceled, completed or whatever.

    Now you can filter everything by username (of the client) and you'll see every order that client made.
