What effect has the latest Google Updates had on your websites?

I am just wondering what effect the latest Google updates have had on your websites or on websites that you have been working on?

Two out of three of my websites have done a huge leap in rankings and grown a lot stronger and my other website doesn't appear to be any different than before. I am grateful that there were no negative effects!

Most of my clients had seen improvements it terms of organic traffic after Google recent's updates. One of my main clients is currently seeing a 30% increase over the last month as well as 120% increase over last year. As you may have guess they are incredibly happy with the results as well as my services, I just hope I can keep them on a steady rise till the end of the year, I want to sign another contract with them for 2017 and I need things to be positive or at least stay the same until the end of 2016.

Pardon my ignorance but I want to know which Google Update are we talking about in this thread. I have come to understand that the Google Updates are meant to weed out the undesirable means of SEO work and it will strengthen the position of those sites that are legitimate with their SEO methods. As can be evidenced above, that 30% increase in traffic is a clear sign of an advantage that was derived from the latest Google Update.

I'm not seeing any changes with the latest update. As for past updates they have little or no effect at all.
