Hello eziscript,
All payments should be made through SEOClerks and upfront payments to the seller is not allowed. When you order a service you'll always have to pay the amount for the service, however, that doesn't mean that the seller gets the money. - SEOClerks will hold the money until the service has been delivered and upon completion of the service, SEOClerks will release the money to the seller. - That basically means that the buyer always pay whatever the cost is, but the seller won't receive the money until the order is finished.

All that being said, you might be talking about a service that has a delivery of let's say 5 days but it won't be delivered in full until 30 days for instance. Traffic services for instance are usually like that. In these scenarios you'll have to go with "your guts" and find a reliable seller. Recommendations and previous ratings are a good indicator. Even response time might be worth to take a look at.

In case something should go wrong, and you as a buyer paid for the service, marked the service as complete and you DON'T get the full delivery after 30 days. Then you'll have 3 options. Either talk to the seller and notify them about this. Invoke the guarantee in case the seller offers one or you can contact SEOClerks support about this issue and they'll work with you to solve this.

Best Regards,

Never used the WTB section but as far as I know it's just like any other service, so in essence, you won't need to accept the seller's delivery if it's not complete, definitely, don't let it be marked as complete.

I'm pretty sure you can change the completion time to 45 days so that the order can remain active and not be marked as "late" if the seller delivers well just refuse it and let him know you are only going to accept the order and review it ONLY after everything is delivered.

I've created a WTB once before and I placed an order with someone that placed a bid on my WTB.

How all orders for services work here at SeoClerks is that when you place an order for something you need to pay for that order. The seller does not get the payment at this time though.

Once the order is completed the seller will mark the order as completed and should provide you with reports and proof of the work done as per your agreement.

You then get 5 days to check the work and either mark is as completed your side, or if the seller did not do the job according to the agreement you can then reject the order. If there is a problem with the order that cannot be resolved between you and the seller you can then contact support and they will help you resolve the issue.

Only once you have marked the order as completed will the seller then receive his payment. However if the seller marks the order as completed and you do not either accept or reject the order within 5 days the system then automatically marks the order as completed and the seller will receive his payment.

I have been a buyer here for a while and placed many orders. The system works great and there has only been one occasion where I was very unhappy with the order since the seller marked it as completed and the work was not done. The seller would not reply to my messages so I rejected the order and contacted support. My payment was refunded to my account in full within 24 hours.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
